Therapy works best when it adapts to the person, not the other way around. Sessions can be adjusted to support different ways of thinking, processing and communicating. This might include:

  • Scheduling time to pause, reflect and process during sessions

  • Movement breaks or walking sessions

  • Options for visual or written supports

  • Clear explanations and collaborative goal setting

  • Sensitivity to sensory preferences and comfort

  • Flexible session structure

Pricing

Initial Consult

$250

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. The initial consult is a relaxed first session where we get to know each other and begin exploring your reasons for being here. We can talk about your experiences, what supports you might be looking for, and what feels important for you right now. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions you might have about the process.

Ongoing Sessions

$220

Once we decide we’re a good fit for each other, ongoing sessions will aim to continue exploring your experiences, developing insight and working towards change that feels meaningful for you. We’'ll start to build goals that help you move in this direction, and set a pace for therapy that you’re comfortable with.

NDIS Fees are based on the NDIS Price Guide and are set at $232.99

Assessments

I offer a range of psychological assessments designed to provide greater clarity and understanding of your experiences. Assessments can help identify patterns in thinking, learning, attention, neurotypes, and can be helpful for gaining insight, accessing supports, or guiding future care. Assessment duration and costs vary significantly, and this is always discussed individually with each client. I’m happy to send a general price guide via email.
